Blackburn Constructions built our beautiful 'forever' home in Deepdene in 2012. Coming into such a big renovation and build, we were a little daunted by the prospect and the potential problems that lay ahead. These concerns were unfounded as our experience with Graham and his fantastic team at Blackburn Constructions was nothing short of amazing.
Graham was always polite, on time, contactable, true to his word and he expected the same from his team and tradespeople working on site. Graham worked tirelessly to ensure the project stayed on track and had an excellent working relationship with our architect. The site was kept impeccably tidy, issues and concerns were always dealt with promptly, and care was taken with every detail in the home from start to finish.
If we were to undertake another large project like this again, we would use Blackburn Constructions in a heartbeat.

I have worked with Graham over the last 3 years and known his work for 5 years now. I first “found” Graham through my business partner. He had done the most amazing renovation of a mock tudor house for her. It was both modern and cosy, saleable and yet personal, subtle and coherent externallyand yet grand internally. It was the best combination of family home and capital investment that I have seen in our increasingly “large” home suburb.
Graham then worked with me on our home. We were much smaller scale but I received the same care and attention that Sharon had. Graham and his team were creative, attentive and thorough.
They were clean and neat and careful. EXEMPLARY builders!
They then worked on a renovation of our beach house. The deck is gorgeous and they worked so well to budget and really thought about what our needs were. They worked well with tradesmen from other areas and businesses and our young draftsperson.
I would recommend them to anyone and have! So many of my friends have used them and one friend said “I got asked why I was not stressed even though our whole house was being renovated and I said…I’m using Blackburn Constructions.

Graham and the team from Blackburn Constructions did an outstanding job on our renovation (almost a complete rebuild of a California Bungalow – in 5 months!). Blackburn constructions converted our one storey, two bedroom home into a two storey five bedroom home in 2015 and we are absolutely delighted with the end result. Blackburn Constructions came recommended to us and we used them to undertake an extension and refurbishment of our much loved Edwardian home.
